Welcome to Elyra, the hospitality management platform (PMS) published by Kalpasys, a division of the Kalpana group. These terms govern your use of our software and associated services.
Elyra is a property management system (PMS) designed to synchronize reception, housekeeping, and management operations in real time. The service includes access to a management interface built on Odoo, handling reservations, visual planning, housekeeping, and billing.
Elyra operates as a SaaS subscription platform. You subscribe to one of our three editions and pay a monthly or annual fee to access the platform and its features.

Pricing is structured around three subscription editions:

Elyra is committed to a fast onboarding process via its 5-step First-run Wizard, allowing you to be operational within one day. The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information configured (taxes, rates, room types) during this phase.

You are responsible for configuring correct tax rates, pricing, and room type definitions.
Elyra uses Odoo Bus technology to ensure data propagates across all services in under 10 seconds.
For clients using our managed hosting, data is isolated in dedicated PostgreSQL databases on secured VPS servers for guaranteed performance and confidentiality.
The client is solely responsible for:
Billing cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are quoted in USD and exclude applicable taxes (VAT, GST, Sales Tax), which are calculated at checkout based on your billing country.
Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will automatically retry on days 3, 7, and 14. After 21 days of unresolved non-payment, your tenant will be suspended. After 60 days, the subscription is cancelled and your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
Downgrade policy: Downgrading to a lower edition is allowed only at the end of the current billing period. If you use features incompatible with the target edition (e.g., multi-property on a single-property plan), the downgrade is blocked until you resolve them.
Standard support is provided through our documentation and community forum. For managed deployments, specific service levels (SLA) may be agreed upon via a separate contract with our certified partners.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no prorated refunds are provided for the remaining days.
After cancellation, your tenant data is retained for 30 days in an archived state. During this period, you may request a full export of your data. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted and the subdomain is released.
With roots in Switzerland and Brazil, these terms are governed by Swiss law for international clients, unless otherwise specified in a separate service contract.
